Sculpting the Portrait Workshop April 24 - 27 2026
Teaching is an important part of my studio practice. I try to carry forward all
that I have been fortunate enough to learn. Below are a few of the workshop photos.
It was wonderful to have students from all parts of the country with different backgrounds.
Emily Neville Cheney - Life size Sculpture for the Sculpture Project of Manchester Ct.
Emily is now at the foundry and will be unveiled in June 2026
West Street Grill ( Litchfield Ct. ) Murals were painted in the studio and then hung in the
Restaraunt. I loved working with James and Charles - You will be warmly greeted
if you wish to view the work.
Models are often present when I am working on their Portrait. It was fun to catch this
moment with the model and the sculpture while teaching at Brookgreen Garden.
